One hour expiration, after the parcel, is delivered.

In the rare occurrence the animal passes during shipping, dead on arrival (DOA) replacement animal, (or refund if out of stock), is only available within one hour of parcel delivery with photo and or video evidence of the animal in the original container it was shipped in, before opening, and must be videotaped as they are placed into a container.
After one hour of delivery of the parcel, West Florida Axolotls & Exotics is no longer responsible for the well being of the animal/s, as we are unable to control the conditions of the water and temperature.
Please be home and able to open the parcel immediately upon arrival. Please read the care sheet, one will be included in the parcel along with the one on the website.
