We want your new pet to arrive happy and healthy! Please read our Shipping & DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy carefully before placing your order.
Not all Axolotls are meant to be bred. There has been an overpopulation of Axolotls in the trade, so we are trying our hardest to help prevent that, yet provide healthy Axolotls for you as well. All things considered, we feel that the more responsible thing to do is to refrain from offering lineage for your pet Axolotl, and we will not be giving out breeders' rights. We are not responsible for anyone who decides to breed our beloved Axolotls.

📦 Our shipping schedule runs Monday- Wednesday, with a cutoff of 12:00 pm on Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Wednesday will ship out the next Monday.

🏠 The PayPal shipping address must match the delivery address.
Exotics arriving Dead on Arrival (DOA) is extremely rare for us — but in the unlikely event that it happens, you may qualify for a refund or replacement if the following conditions are met:
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

You are present at delivery to receive the package directly (packages left outside in heat or cold are not covered).

⏰ You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery.

📸 Provide clear photo/video proof of the deceased animal:

Inside the original sealed bag

Outside the bag (on a table clearly showing the deceased animal)

Photos of the shipping box (all sides), including the label, with the tracking number visible

If all of these conditions are met, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.
After 1 hour, we cannot be responsible for the axolotl or newt due to conditions beyond our control.

A state import permit is required.

If you live in a state that requires an import permit for axolotl ownership, you must provide us with a copy of your valid permit before we can ship your order.
